I’ve seen a lot of newcomers fall victim to dodgy schemes and scammers. On most existing platforms, there’s nothing in place to establish accountability for people’s actions, and that lack of consequences only motivates bad actors to keep doing it. Sure, determined scammers will always try to find a way, but my goal is to at least raise the barrier. By introducing proactive checks and verification, we can reduce their impact and make the space safer for everyone. The goal is simple: real jobs from real people with transparent listings with clear pay, location, and work type.

We use Persona to securely check a government ID (driver’s licence, passport, etc.). This reduces fake listings and builds accountability between posters and workers.

Verification just happens once and then you are good to go. It’s not a barrier, it’s a way to ensure the platform is useful and trustworthy for everyone.

Identity verification aren’t free, specially good ones, our provider charges about $1 AUD per verification. We pass that exact cost on to you with a one-time fee. No subscriptions. No upsells. No profit. While the hosting and maintainance of the platform is comming out of my pocket as of now, I’m committed to keeping this platform accessible and sustainable.
